Frequently Asked Questions
1. What file format should I use for printing?
We recommend PDF, or AI files for the best results.
If you are sending images, please use JPEG or PNG with at least 300 dpi resolution.
2. What is the difference between CMYK and RGB?
CMYK is for printing — it uses Cyan, Magenta, Yellow, and Black inks.
RGB is for screens.
Before printing, your artwork should be converted to CMYK to avoid color shifts.
3. Can you match exact brand colors?
We do color matching as closely as possible using Pantone references.
However, digital and offset printing may have slight tolerance differences.
4. What is bleed, and why do I need it?
Bleed is the extra 2mm–5mm added around your artwork.
It ensures there are no white edges after trimming.
Example: If your card is 90×54mm, the artwork should be 96×60mm (with bleed).
5. Do you provide design services?
Yes. We can assist with layout, color adjustment, sizing, and preparing artwork for print.
If you already have a design, we also provide pre-press checking for free.
6. How long is the printing lead time?
Lead time depends on product type.
7. Can I see a proof before production?
Yes. We provide:
Digital proof (PDF or PNG) for confirmation
Physical proof (extra charges apply) if you require color accuracy
8. What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
It varies by product. Contact us with your order for the exact MOQ.
9. What finishing options do you offer?
Common finishings include:
Matte lamination
Gloss lamination
Spot UV
Hot stamping / Foil (Gold, Rose Gold, Silver, Hologram)
Emboss / Deboss
Die-cut (custom shapes)
Round corners
10. Can you help recommend materials?

we will suggest suitable materials such as:
Art card
Craft
PVC / PET
Synthetic paper
Fabric
Foamboard / PVC board
11. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept bank transfer, e-wallet, and cash for walk-in customers.
Orders start after payment confirmation.
12. Do you provide delivery?
Yes. We deliver locally via courier or rider.
13. What happens if my print has an issue?
If there’s a manufacturing defect (color error, trimming issue, wrong quantity),
we will reprint or refund after inspection.
Customer-caused errors (wrong file, wrong spelling) are not covered.
